L'objet d e ce courriel est de vous inviter à participer à une table ronde sur le vieillissement des installations industrielles lors des prochaines 'Assises des risques' à Douai, nord de la France, le 21 octobre 2010. Votre mandat serait de parler brièvement et de manière synthétique de l'état des réflexions en Allemagne sur ce sujet. Aucune présentation de type .ppt n'est prévue, mais il est possible éventuellement de présenter " ou 4 slides.

M-RECT General Assembly
Dear Colleagues,
At the Start-up meeting at IMMG, the next General Assembly of Partners was proposed for the week beginning 18th October 2010, to be hosted by Victrex. Victrex does not have facilities of a sufficient size to host such an event on site and it is our normal practice to run such events at a hotel.
I am proposing that we hold the event at the Inn on the Lake, located at Glenridding in Cumbria (http://www.lakedistricthotels.net/innonthelake/). I appreciate that the weather in October might not show the Lake District at its best but it is far more beautiful than Blackpool!
A rough proposed agenda would be:
Members of the consortium arriving on the Monday 18th October
General Assembly of Partners on the 19th and 20th October (discussion of progress, problems etc)
Project Executive Management Committee (EMC) Meeting morning of the 21st October
Everybody not involved in the EMC will be transported to Hillhouse for a plant tour on the morning of the 21st October.
EMC plant tour on the afternoon of 21st October.
The best airport to fly to and from is Manchester and once there we will organise the transportation to and from the hotel and back to the airport.
Whilst it may seem a little too much in advance, in order to ensure we reserve enough places, it would be greatly appreciated if you could be kind enough to indicate how many people are likely to attend the meeting from your organisation.

‘Industrial Technologies’ conference
On September 7, 8 and 9, 2010, the first edition of the ‘Industrial Technologies’ conference is being organised by the European Commission in cooperation with the Belgian EU Presidency. The focus will be on nanotechnologies and nanosciences, materials and manufacturing technologies, which are the key areas of the FP7 NMP Theme.
The conference will give you the possibility to meet major actors in the field. It will be an international forum where industry, research organisations, universities as well as policy makers will meet and discuss possibilities for cooperation and proposals for improved integration in the near future.
